Contact us
Questions about an order, a return, or the shop itself go to one address, and a person reads it. We answer within one business day.
Customer support
support@47elfs.comWhat to include
Your order number and the email address you ordered with. With those two we can see the order on the first read; without them the first reply has to ask for them, and that costs you a day.
Returns and refunds
Returns start at the same address: tell us the order number and what you are sending back, within 30 days of delivery and unused. Wait for our reply before posting anything — the refund policy has the detail and the exclusions.
Who you are writing to
47ELFS operates this shop at 47elfs.com and sells directly to consumers. We have no phone line and no shop counter: email is the whole of our support, which is why it is answered quickly.
